After 5 years at the Santa Ana location, we had to shut down our physical office.  We continue to move towards a 100% virtual tax practice.  

If you have traditionally met me in person for your tax appointment, you should have received a personal email with the available dates and you must call to schedule.  

15 Minute Phone Call Appt - The best way to get in front of Ken for that "Quick Question".  This should not be used for planning purposes, but more of a general question. This appointment can also be used to finalize a drop off tax return or questions about your return instructions, vouchers, or refunds.  

30 Minute Zoom Appt - Best used for an initial free consultation, short planning appointment, easy tax return, or complex tax return review.

60 Minute Zoom Appt - Complex tax returns, tax resolution consultations, new client onboarding, entity returns, complex planning appointments.

90 Minute Zoom Appts - Use for multiple returns (families, entities), very complex returns. 

Appointments always take precedent, then calls, then texts, then emails.
